Cat is a military veteran, mother, and survivor who rebuilt her life from the ground up. She grew up in a broken home, found structure and purpose in service, and discovered healing through family, faith, and resilience. Today, she writes to help others find strength in their own battles and breakthroughs. She lives with her husband and children, who remain her greatest mission, proudest victory, and, on occasion, the reason there’s a sink full of dishes every morning and that’s okay.
